About AP PGECET 2024 :

APPGECET-2024 is the Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test for admission in to M.Tech regular Courses offered by State Universities and Professional Colleges under the Jurisdiction of A.P State Council of Higher Education for the academic year 2024-25. The APPGECET-2024 will be conducted by Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati on behalf of APSCHE. The Office of the Convener, AP PGECET-2024 is located in Sri Venkateswara University Campus.

The National Educational Policy, 1986, recommended that state level planning and coordination of Higher Education shall be done through councils of Higher Education and that the University Grants Commission (UGC) and these Councils will develop coordinative methods to keep a watch on standards

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has accordingly constituted a State Council of Higher Education as recommended in the National Educational Policy of the Government of India and as recommended by the Committee constituted by the UGC.

Telangana State Engineering General Entrance Examination (TG ECET-2025) conducted by Osmania University on behalf of the State Higher Education Council of Telangana (TSCHE). TG ECET is a standard test for entry into B.E. / B.Tech, FDH & B.Sc (Math); Dates for Online Application Form were 3rd Mar to 23rd Apr 2025. JEE Main Results 2024: The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main result was published today by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The results are available on the websites nta.ac.in, ntaresults.nic.in, and jeemain.nta.nic.in for a total of 6.52 lakh (6,52,627) candidates who applied to appear for paper 1. The first paper is for admission to BE or BTech programmes.

The JEE (Main) Examination for B.E./B.Tech. was conducted by NTA from 27 Jan to 1 February
2024. A total number of 6.52 lacs candidates were registered for Paper 1 (B.E. /B. Tech.) in this examination The Examination was conducted in 331 Cities [including 9 cities outside India in Colombo, Doha, Dubai, Kathmandu, Muscat, Riyadh, Sharjah, Singapore, and Kuwait] in 828 Centres. A total number of 742 Observers, 261 City-Coordinators, 19 Regional Coordinators, 06 Special Coordinators & 02 National Coordinators were deployed at these centres to oversee the smooth and fair conduct of the examination. The examination for Paper 1 (B.E. /B. Tech.) was conducted in a total of 6 shifts from 27 Jan to
1 February 2024. The scores of Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.) are being declared today.

The Examination was conducted for the first time in 13 languages (English, Hindi, Gujarati
along with Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil,
Telugu, and Urdu).

NTA Scores are normalized scores across multi-session papers and are based on the relative performance of all those who appeared for the examination in one session. The marks obtained are converted into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of examiners.

The NTA Score of a Candidate has been calculated as follows:

100 X Number of candidates appeared in the ‘Session’ with raw score EQUAL TO OR LESS than the candidate Total number of the candidates appeared in the ‘Session’

The NTA Score of the Total is NOT an aggregate or average of the NTA Score of an individual subject

NTA score is not the same as the percentage of marks obtained.

The candidate’s particulars including Category and Person with Disability (PwD) have been
indicated as mentioned by the candidate in the online application form

Due to the lockdown in Bahrain, the exam could not be conducted. NTA is in constant
communication with Indian Embassy, Bahrain, and will work out a plan in the interest of
candidates for the conduct of Paper 2 A (B.Arch.) and 2B (B.Planning). For Paper 1
(B.E./B.Tech), those candidates who have opted for March Session will appear in March along with other candidates

After Feb, March, April, and May Session of JEE(Main)-2024 Exam, the ranks of the
candidates will be released taking into consideration the best of the four NTA Scores in
accordance with the policy already made available on the website https://jeemain.nta.nic.in

Eligibility for TS LAWCET & PGLCET Counseling:

Candidates who have secured seats but not shown to joined in the allotted college.

Note:

  1. Options given in the 1st Phase will not be considered for this Phase of admissions for allotment of a seat and candidates have to exercise options afresh.
  2. Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment and reported at college need not exercise option once again.
  3. Candidates shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the options, the vacated seat will be allotted to next meritorious candidate and hence they will have no claim on the previous allotment.

 

TS LAWCET & PGLCET Counselling :

TSLAWCET counselling is held after results for the law entrance exam are announced. As part of TSLAWCET 2023 counselling candidates need to appear for document verification and thereafter select their preferred college. Candidates need to appear for TSLAWCET counselling rank-wise.

The law entrance exam is conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) to shortlist aspirants for admission in three year and five law programmes offered in colleges in the state of Telangana.

 

TS LAWCET & PGLCET 2023 Counselling Procedure:

Candidates can complete the TS LAWCET 2023 Counselling Procedure by following the some steps given below:

  • Visit the official website link (link is given above).
  • Fill the required necessary details and register yourselves on the website.
  • Pay the non-refundable counselling fee
  • On successful registration, the option selection page will open.
  • Enter your login details and select the college and courses/stream of the order of your preference from the available college and course list.
  • Candidates can select the college and subject according to their rank in the merit list.
  • On successful submission an OTP will be sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number with which candidate can submit their choice.
  • The confirmation of the course and college will be sent to the candidate’s mobile number.

 TS LAWCET  Admissions:

After the allotment of seats, candidates are provided with the admission order letter. Candidates can download it from the website on the due date. Candidates with the allotment letter have to report to the allotted college and complete the admission formalities.

While taking admission in the college candidates have to produce their original documents and submit the admission fee. Candidates whose documents will not match with the original documents submitted at the time of filling application form will be rejected from getting the admission.

TS CPGET Cutt Off Marks:

The minimum cut-off marks in the entrance test for OC/BC category candidates to become eligible to seek admission into any course is 25% at the entrance test. However, there is no minimum cut-off for SC/ST category candidates.

  • The results of the entrance tests will be made available in the websites, www.osmania.ac.in, www.tscpget.com, www.ouadmissions.com, www.cpget.tsche.ac.in & Manabadi.co.in.
  • The candidates will be admitted into a course/subject based on the ranks secured in the concerned Common Post Graduate Entrance Tests (CPGET) subject to rules of reservations. In case of a tie in the rank, the order of merit will be decided on the basis of:
  • age of the candidate (senior in age will be getting higher priority)
  • Percentage of marks secured by the candidate in qualifying examination. For M.P.Ed. Course, in case of a tie in the rank the order of merit will be decided on the following basis
    • marks secured in part-A of the entrance test.
    • Age of the candidate (senior in age will be getting higher priority)
    • Percentage of marks secured by the candidate in qualifying examination.

CPGET 2023 Counselling process

  • The TS CPGET Counselling Dates 2023 is an online mode admission process. The candidates are allotted seats as per the Merit list prepared on the basis of marks obtained and the reservation criteria laid down by the Osmania University.
  • Candidates are required to login to receive the PIN to the registered Mobile number.
  • Thereafter, candidates are required to register online and exercise web options as per the given schedule. Aspirants can fill the order of preferences in the web-based mode, the i.e online mode only. Candidates must take utmost care while filling up their order of preferences, as the allotment of seats will be done on the basis of preferences.
  • After the college preference selection, the postgraduate aspirants have to get their Certificate verification done at the Helpline centre.
  • The candidate has to download the provisional allotment and report to the allotted college.
