Osmania University UG 1st, 3rd & 5th Sem Aug 2018 1st Internal Assessment Notification:

Osmania University UG I,III & V Semester 1st Internal Assessment 2018 will begin on August 17, 2018. Directorate of Admissions, Principals are required to upload the marks on OU website through college logins on or before 24th August, 2018, at 5.00 p.m.The exam will be held for granting admission to various U.G B.A/B.Com(All)/B.Sc/B.S.W/B.B.A courses under CBCS semester system for the academic year 2018-19. offered by Osmania, Telangana, at the official websites osmania.ac.in.

All the U.G(CBCS) college Principals are hereby informed that the following details are to be noted for up-loading I, III & V Semester First Internal assessment test marks of U.G B.A/B.Com(All)/B.Sc/B.S.W/B.B.A courses under CBCS semester system for the academic year 2018-19.
1.UG I, III & V Semester First Internal assessment test will be conducted during
17.08.2018 and 18.08.2018. Principals are required to upload the marks on OU
website through college logins on or before 24th August, 2018, at 5.00 p.m.
2.Maximum internal marks for all UG course subjects are 15 for each assessment and 5
marks for assignments, the total internal marks (internal +assignment) = 20.
3.There is no re-conduct of Internal examination under any circumstances in CBCS
system.
4.Maximum internal assessment test marks to AECC-I, SEC-I, SEC-III and GE-I
subject is 10 marks for all UG courses with no assignments.
5.Absent should be noted as “ Ab ”.
6.Principal will be held responsible for entries made on the website and award list for internal assessment.
7.Principals are instructed to display the final internal marks on notice board before
uploading the marks to O.U website to upload the marks early to avoid network
congestion. Once marks uploaded by the colleges there is no alterations allowed
strictly.
8.Printed award list along with manual D- Form should be submitted to the exam
branch on or before 27th August, 2018. If not submitted, fine will be imposed after
the due date.

Jntu Kakinada M.Tech & MBA Admission 2018-19 Application Notification:

Applications are invited for admission to M.Tech/MBA Courses for the academic year 2018-19 offered at Kakinada & Vizianagaram Campuses, JNTUK, Kakinada. Candidates with requisite qualifications are eligible to apply. The order of priority in selection for admissions shall be i) Working Experience (minimum of 1 Year) (ii) Rank in GATE – 2018 (or) GPAT- 2018 (or) ICET-2018 (iii) Rank in PGECET -2018 and (iv) Marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

2.Applications received in response to these notifications in the prescribed format will only be considered. No other requests for admission will be entertained. Admission is subject to the number of applications received.

3.ELIGIBILITY: The candidates should have passed the appropriate qualifying examination with atleast 50% marks (45% of marks in case of reserved categories).
4.RESERVATIONS: Reservation of SC/ST/BC categories will be as per rules. 33 1/3% of seats are reserved for women in all categories.
Note: i) Separate application must be submitted for each Specialization
ii) Candidates must fill in the Discipline/Branch applied and specialization in the
application.
iii) No scholarship /stipend is offered by the University.
iv) Hostel Facility is not extended for the sponsored candidates.

5.REGISTRATION FEE:
Registration fee of Rs. 1000/- to be paid in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn in the name of “The Registrar, JNT University Kakinada” payable at Kakinada, along with the application.
