TG POLYCET 2026 eligibility criteria:
Candidates must review the TG PolyCET eligibility requirements before filling
out the TG POLYCET 2026 application form:
Nationality: Candidate must be National Indian.
Domicile: Candidates must be from the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.
Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed a senior high school (SSC) examination conducted by the Telangana state board or other equivalent examination.
Percentage:Minimum 35% Needed for qualifying examination and at least 35 percent
marks in subjects of physics , chemistry & mathematics.
Age Criteria: No age requirement will be required to apply for the examination.
Appearing Candidates: Candidates who appear in the Senior Secondary Class and whose results are not yet considered qualified to apply.

The students need to pay the application fee either by debit/credit card or online mode.
Fill the SSC Hall ticket Number, Year of Pass and Date of Birth on the application by verifying your SSC Hall ticket /SSC Certificate or its equivalent, as the candidate data is taken from SSC database.
The candidate pertaining to the board other than SSC(CBSE/ICSE/NOS) has to visit any of the centres along with his photo for filing online application.
TG POLYCET 2026 Syllabus:
The syllabus of the TG PolyCET is based on subjects from class 9th and 10th.
Below we listed some important syllabus topics:
Mathematics includes:
Real number, number system, polynomial, algebra, progressions, quadratic equation,
linear equations, geometry, geometry of coordinates, surface area and volume, trigonometry, measurement, probability, statics, mathematical modeling.
Physics:
Atom structure, chemical bonding, heat, carbon and its component, product classification, magnetic effects of electric current, chemical equations and reactions, acid,
bases and salts, light and plane surface refraction, light and curve surface refraction, human eyes and colorful universe, electricity, light reflection.
Chemistry:
The states of matter, surface chemistry, electrochemistry, redox reactions, polymers, nuclear chemistry, chemical and ionic equilibrium, phase equilibrium and solutions, chemical thermodynamics, basic concept of organic chemistry and stereochemistry, chemical kinetics, aromatic structure, chemistry in everyday life, environmental chemistry and urea and malonic ester.

TG POLYCET 2026 Exam Pattern
The pattern of the TG PolyCET exam is given below:
Mode of Exam: The exam will be held in offline mode.
Duration: The duration of exam will be 2 hours & 30 minutes.
Total Questions: The question paper will consist of total 150 questions.
Type of Questions: The questions will be objective type.
Language: The question paper will be in two languages, i.e. English and Telugu.
Marking Scheme:1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking.

QUALIFYING MARKS FOR TG POLYCET 2026
The qualifying percentage of marks for TG POLYCET-2026 shall be 37 maximum
marks considered for ranking. However, no minimum qualifying mark is prescribed
for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribe. However,
their admission will be limited to the number of seats reserved for such categories
(see G.O.Ms. No. 179, LEN&TE, dated 16.06.1986).
How to Prepare for TG POLYCET Exam?
Firstly, to be successful you need to make an effective time management
Go through all the previous examination paper of TG POLYCET 2019, 2018, 2017 etc.
Accumulate all the information relevant for your syllabus i.e. study material
Don’t waste your time in covering the topics which are out of syllabus
You need to have more focus on mock test for increasing your accuracy and speed for the examination on time

TG POLYCET Halltickets 2026
TG POLYCET admit card
TG POLYCET 2026 admit card can be obtained after filling out the application
form for two or three days. Admit card will be available via online mode or online
help line centres.
Candidates will be asked to enter their 10th exam hall ticket number, date of birth
and year of passage / appearing on the website to download the admit card. Without
ticket to TG POLYCET lobby,Candidates are not allowed to appear at the examination.

The candidate will not be allowed to take the examination even if late by 1 minute.
The candidate does not have option of choosing specific date / session to appear for the TG POLYCET-2026 entrance examination. This information is known to him / her only after downloading Hall Ticket. For any reason if the candidate fails to appear in the given slot, he / she is treated as absent.
The results of the TG POLYCET 2026 test will be declared online in May 2026.
Candidates can check the results on the website. The result of the TG POLYCET
shall include the marks and rank obtained by the candidates in the examination.

TG POLYCET 2026 Answer Key

The answer key will be released in online mode. Some coaching institutions
will also release the answers keys. The authority may also make an objection
to the answer key to the facility.

The applicant will be able to check the cut-off for TG POLYCET 2026 following
the declaration of results. Cut-off would be available separately to all participating
institutions.
The cut will depend on variables such as number of candidates, rank, category, etc.

TG POLYCET Counseling 2026
The TG Polycet counseling and seat allocation process of TG POLYCET 2026

TG.Education Common Entrance Test (TG Ed.Cet-2026)
For admission into B.Ed. regular course of two years duration for the academic year 2026-27 will be conducted on 12th May 2026. Eligible candidates can submit their applications through online mode only by paying the application registration and processing fee of RS.750/- (for SC/ST Rs.550/-) through TS Online Payment gateway (Credit card/ Debit card and net banking). In order to meet the TG EdCET 2026 eligibility criteria candidates should
meet the specifications specified below:
Nationality/ locality
All candidates for the TG EdCET test must be Indian nationals.
All candidates should meet local / non-local status criteria as set out in
the Telangana Educational Institutions (Admission Regulation) Order 1974.
Age limit
Candidates should be at least 19 years of age as of 1 July of
the year in which notification of TS Ed.CET is out
There is no age limit to appear on TS Ed.CET review
Educational qualification
All applicants will clear their BA / BSc / BSc (Home Science)/BCom / BTech / BCA / BBM
or postgraduate degree in relevant subject or five-year integrated course in the relevant
subject of methodology or some other equivalent degree with an aggregate mark of at least 50 percent. For applicants of the SC / ST / BC category (A / B / C / D / E)/PH minimum marks needed in the qualified category The qualifying test is 40 percent.
Applicants who secure at least 55 percent marks in BE / BTech with Science / Mathematics as one of the subjects or any other equivalent qualification may also apply
Candidates who have cleared MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BL / LLB / BA (Languages)/BOL
and any other course of this kind are not eligible for TS Ed.CET BEd admission.

During online submission the following information must be held ready to
fill in the details:

Ration Card
Study or Residence or relevant certificate for proof of local status (last 12 years)
On the day of the TG Ed.CET-2026 test, the applicant must apply the
“FILLED IN ONLINE Ed.CET 2026 APPLICATION FORM” to the invigilator in the
examining hall. In addition, place a recent color photograph (3.5cms x 3.5cms)
in the box given (Lower / Left side) on the “FILLED IN ONLINE Ed.CET 2026 APPLICATION FORM” and get it approved by a Gazetted Officer / Principal of the
college where the student was studying.
The candidate belonging to the SC / ST category must submit the certified
“CASTE CERTIFICATE” together with the FILLED IN ONLINE APPLICATION FORM “to
the Invigilator at the Examination Hall on the day of the TS Ed.CET-2026 exam,
if the application number of his / her Caste Certificate is not provided at the
time of the application’s online submission.
