How to Apply for TSPSC Group 1 Services:

  1. Log on to the l website manabadi.co.in we will redirect to the relavant page.
  2. Click on ‘One Time Profile Registration (OTPR)’ button on the displayed page and choose ‘Direct Recruitment’ or ‘Departmental Test’.
  3. Click on New Registration and an online application form will be displayed
  4. Enter your Aadhar card number and all the other details
  5. Upload your passport photograph and signature.
  6. Select on the type of notification and click submit.
  7. An ID and Password will be generated immediately.
  8. Candidates are advised to save the ID and Password for future references.

Important Points to Remember:

  1. There will be a Screening Test (Objective type) comprising General Studies and Mental Ability. This test is meant for short-listing the number of candidates to be admitted to the Written (Conventional Type) Examination i.e., consisting of six compulsory papers. The number of candidates to be admitted to the Written examination (conventional type) would be 50 times to the vacancies available at material time irrespective of Communities.
  2. The papers except General English may be answered in English or Telugu or Urdu chosen by the candidates. However, a candidate is not permitted to write part of the paper in English and part of it in Telugu or Urdu
  3. Candidates must appear for all the papers in Main examination and Oral test, who qualified for the same. Absence in any of the above will be liable for disqualification.
  4. The General English paper is for qualifying one and the standard of this paper is that of S.S.C. The minimum qualifying marks in this paper are 40% for O.Cs., 35% for B.Cs. and 30% for SC/ST/PH. These marks are not counted for Ranking.
  5. In the event of the S.C, S.T, PH, and BC candidates not coming up for selection with the existing minimum prescribed for the selection in the competitive examination conducted by the Commission, their selection shall be considered on the basis of Rank with reference to their performance in the Written and Oral competitive examination. The minimum qualifying marks in General English paper are however not relaxable.
  6. Hall Tickets for admission to the Written Examination (Screening Test and Main) will be hosted in the Commission’s website www.tspsc.gov.in and Manabadi.co..in website. The Candidates have to download the same. There is no need to submit separate application for this purpose. After Written (Conventional Type) Examination, eligible candidates will be called for Interview at the ratio of 1:2 with reference to the number of vacancies duly following the special representation as laid down in General Rule-22 and 22(A) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules.

I STEP: The Candidate after satisfying himself/ herself about the eligibility criteria for the notification shall pay fee through corresponding notification Online Payment Form.

• At the payment Gateway the candidate has to give his/her Basic Personal Details such as Name of the candidate, Date of Birth, Gender, whether the candidate belongs to Andhra Pradesh State, community, Mobile Number etc. Candidate should enter his/her particulars i.e. Name, Father Name, Mother Name & Date of Birth as per his/her Secondary Education Board Class X Certificate. On receipt of fee at Payment Gateway, the candidate will be appsc group 3 coachingissued a “Journal Number” with which he / she can proceed with submission of Application online. Issue of Journal Number does not mean that the candidate has completed the submission of application online. It is only a confirmation of the fee received.

II STEP: After payment of Fee the Applicant should visit Online Application Form Submission link and enter the Journal Number, Date of payment and Date of Birth to get and fill the format of Application and should submit ON-LINE.

IV STEP: The applicants have to invariably fill all the relevant columns in the Application and should submit ON-LINE.

FEE:

MODE OF PAYMENT:

ii) The fee once remitted shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.

The candidates should satisfy Local / Non-Local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana. Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended (See Annexure III). Local Status of Students Migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh

A candidate who migrates to any part of the State of Andhra Pradesh from the State of Telangana within a period of FIVE years from the 2nd day of June, 2014 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the State of Andhra Pradesh at the place of his residence and be treated at par with the local candidates residing in that area, in accordance with such guidelines as may be issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh for the purpose of education.

Candidate claiming local status in Andhra Pradesh (AU/SVU) by virtue of his/her migration from the State of Telangana shall submit scanned copy of Local status certificate issued in Form-III by Tahsildar of concerned along with their application registration number/ ADCET hall ticket number to the email IDs.

QUALIFYING MARKS FOR AP ADCET 2022

The qualifying percentage of marks for the AP ADCET-2022 is 25% of the maximum marks considered for ranking. However, for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, no minimum qualifying mark is prescribed. But their admission will be limited to the extent of seats reserved for such categories (vide G.O.Ms. No. 179, LEN&TE, dated 16.06.1986).

DEFINITION OF LOCAL / NON – LOCAL STATUS – ANNEXURE – III

  1. A Candidate shall be regarded as a local Candidate in relation to a local area (AU/OU/SVU)
  2. If he/she has studied in an Educational Institution or Educational Institutions in such local area for a period of not less than four consecutive academic years ending with the academic year in which he/she appeared or first appeared in the relevant qualifying examination as the case may be.
  3. Where, during the whole or any part of the four consecutive academic years in which he/she appeared, or first appeared in the relevant qualifying examination, he/she has not studied in any educational institutions, if he/she resided in that local area for a period of not less than four years immediately preceding the date of commencement of the relevant qualifying examination in which he/she appeared, or first appeared, as the case may be.
  4. A candidate who is not regarded as local candidate under clause (1.1) above in relation to any local area shall
