  • Candidate has to bring Score card of JEE Mains 2017 and NEET 2017 for admission in B.Tech, B.Arch and BDS Programme respectively.
  • For BDS program, selected candidates shall have to submit a medical fitness certificate issued by Dr. M.A.Ansari Health Centre, JMI OR by a government hospital.
  • Proof of permanent address as declared in the Application Form with the name of the nearest Police Station and the District.
  • In case an intervening /gap period is involved, the candidate has to submit a certificate/ affidavit from Class 1 Gazetted Officer/ Notary Public for the entire intervening /gap period showing year-wise preoccupation and non-indulgence in any criminal activities after leaving the Institution last attended.
  • Candidates of Evening/Part-time programs /Sponsored category shall also submit the following: 1. Experience and No Objection Certificates from the present employer(s). & 2. Self-employed candidates shall provide authentic evidence in support of their self-employment.

Decentralised Certificate Verification for OC/BC/SC/MINORITY Category Candidates   Annexure-I Decentralised Certificate Verification for ST Category Candidates  Annexure-II

Eligibility: Candidates who secured 50% (For OC) and 45% (SC/ST/BC) aggregate marks in Degree or its equivalent examination are only eligible for admission.

CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED BY ALL CANDIDATES: All original certificates like

  • AP ICET 2017 Hall Ticket,
  • Rank Card,
  • Degree Marks Memos,
  • Pass Certificate,
  • Intermediate Marks Memo,
  • S.C or its equivalent Marks memo,
  • IX to Degree Study Certificates,
  • Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2017,
  • Caste Certificate issued by competent authority and
  • Aadhar card along with Two sets of Xerox copies.

Certificates to be produced by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates: PH-Certificate issued by the District Medical Board. Candidates with 40% and above disability are only eligible. CAP- Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (In case of Ex-Service men) Identity card and Service Discharge book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh are only eligible to be considered under “CAP” Category. NCC & Sports- To produce Original Certificates issued by competent authorities. Minorities: SSC ‘TC’ containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head Master. Anglo-Indian: A Certificate issued by Competent Authority of their place of Residence.

Fee to be Paid: (At the Time of Certificate Verification):

  1. Processing Fee: Rs. 1000/- (OC/BC), Rs. 500/-(SC/ST).
  2. Fee particulars and seats available under Convenor Quota college wise will be available on the website https://apicet.nic.in well before the commencement of Option Entry.

Candidates are informed that where there is more than one Help Line Centre in one location, the ranks are distributed Help Line Centre wise and placed on website: https://apicet.nic.in and hence they are informed to attend for certificate verification in the HLC where their ranks are mentioned. (See the Annexure-I for OC/BC/SC/Minority, and Annexure-II for ST category Candidates).

Allotment: Allotments will be placed on Website https://apicet.nic.in on 19.07.2017 after 06.00 PM. From candidates login.
