Educational Qualification : 1st class M. Tech. or equivalent in Nanotechnology, Material Sciences, Applied Sciences, Instrumentation or related discipline Or 1st class M.Sc. or equivalent in Physics, Instrumentation or related discipline with two years experience in research.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : As per IIT Delhi Rules.
Job Location : New Delhi
Selection Process : Selection will be made on the Interview.
